Monthly Subscription Terms

These Monthly Subscription Terms (“Subscription Terms”) apply to all subscription-based ticket plans offered by DreamDraw and must be read together with:

• the General Terms & Conditions, and

• the applicable Draw Terms and Prize Details.

In the event of any conflict, the Draw Terms and General Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

1. Nature of the Subscription

1.1 A DreamDraw subscription is a monthly ticket allocation service that automatically provides a predefined number of Entries for eligible Draws during each subscription period.

1.2 A subscription is not:

• a gambling product,

• an investment,

• a savings plan, or

• a guarantee of winning.

1.3 Subscriptions exist solely to simplify participation by providing recurring Entries at a preferential price per Entry.

2. Subscription Plans

2.1 DreamDraw may offer multiple subscription plans, including but not limited to:

• 1 ticket per month

• 5 tickets per month

• 10 tickets per month

• 25 tickets per month

• 50 tickets per month

2.2 The number of tickets allocated per subscription cycle and the applicable price are displayed at the time of subscription.

2.3 Any price advantage compared to single-ticket purchases represents a volume-based discount, not a change in winning odds per individual Entry.

3. Subscription Cycle and Billing

3.1 Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis.

3.2 Billing occurs on:

• the subscription start date, and

• each subsequent monthly anniversary of that date, unless cancelled.

3.3 By subscribing, you authorise DreamDraw (or its payment provider) to charge the applicable subscription fee automatically each month.

4. Ticket Allocation

4.1 Upon successful monthly payment, the corresponding number of tickets is allocated to the subscriber’s account.

4.2 Tickets are valid only for Draws occurring during the applicable subscription period and do not roll over to future months unless explicitly stated.

4.3 Tickets provided via subscription are treated exactly the same as tickets obtained via single purchase or free entry.

5. Free Entry Route and Fairness

5.1 Subscriptions do not replace or restrict the Free Entry Route available for Draws.

5.2 Free Entries and Paid Entries (including subscription tickets) have equal chances of winning per valid Entry.

5.3 Subscriptions do not provide preferential treatment in winner selection.

6. Changes to Draws or Ticket Use

6.1 If a Draw is cancelled or materially changed, subscription tickets allocated for that Draw are handled in accordance with the applicable Draw Terms.

6.2 DreamDraw does not guarantee that a specific Draw category (e.g. Home, Vehicle, Cash) will occur in every subscription period.

7. Cancellation and Termination

7.1 Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time via their account settings.

7.2 Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7.3 No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods unless required by law.

7.4 DreamDraw may suspend or terminate a subscription for:

• non-payment,

• suspected fraud or abuse,

• breach of applicable Terms.

8. Price Changes

8.1 DreamDraw may adjust subscription pricing with prior notice.

8.2 Price changes apply only to future billing periods and do not affect tickets already allocated.

9. Liability and Responsibility

9.1 DreamDraw is not responsible for missed Draws due to:

• incorrect account details,

• payment failures beyond DreamDraw’s control,

• subscriber failure to cancel before the next billing cycle.

10. Data Protection

Personal data related to subscriptions is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

11. Governing Law

These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
